The following health codes (ordinances) were developed to protect and promote the health, safety and welfare of Stone County residents and guests. The codes are regulated and enforced by the Stone County Health Department Environmental Section.

Food Ordinance ~ the permit renewal date is effective on January 1st of the current year
Bed and Breakfast Ordinance ~ the permit renewal date is effective on June 30th of the current year.
Body Art Ordinance ~ the permit renewal date is effective on June 1st of the current year.
Onsite Wastewater OrdinanceVacation Rental Ordinance ~ renewal date is effective on April 1 of the current year
Lodging Establishment Ordinance ~ renewal date is effective on March 1st of the current year.
